Thirty minutes on a call to talk through where you want to go, when, who's coming with you, and what you're actually hoping the trip will feel like. No commitment. If it isn't a fit, we'll say so.

Draft itinerary
We come back to you with a structured first draft. Days, places, restaurants, experiences. You look through it, tell us what's off or missing, and we rework it until it fits.

Refine and arrange
We work through your feedback and adjust the plan. Then we arrange the parts that need locking in early. Flights, hotels, tours, guides. All through our licensed partners and trusted suppliers.

Travel with backup
You go on your trip with the full plan in hand, and a direct line to us if anything needs adjusting on the fly. Flight cancelled? Restaurant closed? Message us. We'll sort it.

What kind of trips do you plan?
Anything you have in mind. Honeymoons, anniversaries, solo trips, family trips, multi-country itineraries, city breaks, slow months on the road. Tell us what you are picturing and we will build it.

What is your pricing?
The first consultation is free. After that, the fee depends on the trip length and complexity. We send a flat quote upfront so you know exactly what you are paying before we start. No commission games.

Do you book everything or just advise?
Both. Some clients want us to handle the lot. We book flights, hotels, transfers, and tours through our trusted partners. Others want the itinerary and a shortlist and prefer to book the bits themselves. Either works.

What destinations do you cover?
Anywhere you want to go. We have personally built itineraries across Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, and South America, and we have a deep network of local experts everywhere else. Wherever it is, we can plan it.

How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially for popular destinations in peak season. Three to six months is comfortable. We can move faster if you need to.

What is the difference between you and just Googling?
Time, taste, and a real human when something goes sideways. You can Google a Venice itinerary. You cannot Google an itinerary that fits your travel style, your budget, and the way you actually like to spend a day. We learn that on the call.
