What's included

End-to-end application support.

Every part of the journey, handled properly.

Strategic university matching

We shortlist universities based on academic fit, career goals, learning style, and budget. Not just rankings, not just the names you already know.

Personal statement coaching

We coach you through drafts until your personal statement actually sounds like you and stands out for the right reasons.

Application review

Full review of every document you submit. Transcripts, recommendation letters, supplementary essays. Nothing goes out half-finished.

Visa and pre-departure

General visa information, packing lists, bank accounts, accommodation logistics. The unglamorous bits no one prepares you for.

Settling-in support

We stay in touch once you arrive. Culture shock, paperwork issues, finding your feet. We're a message away.

Honest ongoing advice

Throughout the year-long process, you talk to the same person who knows your story and pushes you in the right direction.

How it works

Your application, in four chapters.

  1. 01

    Free consultation

  2. 02

    Strategy & shortlist

We build a shortlist of universities tailored to you, with honest reasoning on each. You choose where to apply.

  3. 03

    Applications & statements

We work through your applications, personal statements, and supplementary materials. Drafts, edits, polish, submit.

  4. 04

    Acceptance & arrival

Once offers come in, we help you compare, accept your place, and prepare for the move. All the way to your first week on campus.

Frequently asked

Common questions about studying abroad.

  • Do you guarantee admission or visa approval?

No, that is not a promise we can make. What we do promise is honest assessment, strong applications, and walking you through every step. If your profile is a stretch for a particular school, we will tell you and help you pick a smarter shortlist.

  • What countries do you help with?

Most of our work is the UK, Ireland, Canada, the US, Australia, and parts of Europe including Germany, France, and Spain. If your target is elsewhere, ask. We will tell you honestly whether we can help or who can.

  • How much does it cost?

The first consultation is free. After that, pricing depends on what you need. One application, multiple, with or without personal statement support. We send a clear quote after the consultation. No upfront fees, no surprises.

  • When should I start the application process?

Sooner than you think. For a UK or US September intake, ideally nine to twelve months out. For a January intake, six to nine months. If you are closer to the deadline than that we can still help, but the runway shapes the strategy.

  • What is included in your application support?

School shortlisting, application strategy, personal statement coaching, supporting document review, submission timeline, and general visa information through the offer stage. One person handles your file from first reply to enrolment.

  • Do you help with scholarships?

Yes. As part of the application strategy we flag scholarships you are eligible for and walk through the application. We do not file them on your behalf, but we will tell you which ones are worth your time.

  • What if I am not sure what to study?

That is part of the first call. We ask about your background, your goals, what you have ruled out, and where you have flexibility. Most clients leave with a much clearer sense of two or three directions worth exploring.

  • Do I need to take IELTS or TOEFL?

Almost always, yes. Most universities require proof of English proficiency, and IELTS is the most widely accepted. Some universities waive it if your previous qualifications were taught in English. We check the specific requirements for every university on your shortlist so you know exactly what to sit and when.

  • How long does the whole process take?

For a UK September intake, plan for around nine to twelve months from first call to your first day on campus. For a US or Canadian intake, closer to twelve to eighteen months because the application windows open earlier. Master's programmes are usually a bit faster than undergraduate.
